TYRE ADVICE

Need advice on alloys/tyres.

I have a Maruti Zen (New Model)

I'm planning to change my standard rims (12") with alloys.

I checked with a shop and have 2 feasible options.

1. 13" alloys with 185/60 R13 and
2. 14" alloys with 185/55 R14.

Now, on this I have two questions.

1. How good are Yokohama tyres, I'm getting it for 2700/tyre, is it worth it?

and

2. Will adding 14" alloys impact anything major as the tyre looked pretty big for my car?

Any suggestions welcome....
